The only negative is that the adapters provided with the product do not include one for the latest ipod nano (luckily an adapter was included with her ipod which she got for Christmas) Customer Rating: Summary: Cut out problem affects all Logitech Portable speakers (at least the ones I've bought in the last 5 years) Comment: I can confirm that cutting out on battery is a common Logitech fault. I had on the MM50, the Pure-Fi and now the most recent Logitech portable speakers - which if anything are the worst of all despite false assurances from Logitech that the problem had been fixed. Given the overall positive reviews of Logitech speakers it may be that the fault is related to the type of music. I have found it more prevalent with instrumental genres. It may seem harsh to rate the product a 1 star (only because zero is not available). However, the speakers are expensive and I bought them on the promise of getting portability and convenience. Logitech failed to deliver on both counts. I have finally learned my lesson and will not buy portable speakers from Logitech again or trust the word of their sales/support people. Customer Rating: Summary: Impressed Comment: I purchased this item after reading the reviews and considering the price (under £70)thought it was worth trying. I am very glad that I did, this works perfectly with the iphone 3gs and the remote control is really good, works with no problems to date. The sound is amazing for such little speakers - very clear and ample for my living room (which is 30 foot by 25 foot) I listen to a wide variety of music ranging from Pink Floyd to Bach and these speakers really handle it all with ease. They are small, portable speakers at the end of the day and the sound is brilliant when you consider this. The units built in rechargeable battery is a bonus and it also charges the iphone. The speakers come with a padded travel case and travel adapter which were a nice extra. I am very pleased I bought this item which is an absolute steal at this price. Customer Rating: Summary: Keeps switching off - useless Comment: I'm just about to arrange return and refund of my second Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere v2 Black Dock for iPod and iPhone The replacement from Logitech is as bad as the first. It's a real shame as I like the concept and the sound when it plays is good, but it keeps turning itself off after a few minutes. It does this with two different iPhones and an iPod with all kinds of music genres - same result, it switches off mid song. This seems to be a common fault, but having tried all the remedies outlined on various websites without success, I will be returning this and asking for my money back to buy a better product from a different manufacturer. Customer Rating: Summary: amazing Comment: Ordered this feb 24, 10, got it feb 26, 10, delivery is fast, I wasn't expecting this till next week, to say this product is good would be an understatement, it's excellent, for a little unit, it packs a punch, in delivering the acoustics, wow it's so portable, My colleagues and I regularly keep get together dinners which quickly turn into a 50 crowd dinner party, I used this, placed it in the corner of the room, they couldn't believe this little thing was producing that sound, or could I, I tend to be very frugal with my money, as like the rest of us I work very hard for it, I can say this without apology, this is my money well spent, don't care what the critics say, this does the trick, portable, sounds excellent and comes at a very fair price compared to the high street shops, I am well pleased, well done Amazon, you done it again.....so what are you there looking at me for...go get yourself one before it runs out or they up the price...bless..:-) More Reviews
