The Inspire T10 2.0 loudspeakers from Creative are compact, stylish and loaded with technology to produce Hi-Fi sound for your computer applications. They use separate tweeters, precision drivers and BasXPort for rich tones and deep bass no matter what type of music you're listening to, all without needing a subwoofer. The Inspire T10 are equipped with separate volume and base controls, a magnetic shield and an auxiliary input for connecting to an external audio player.

Spoilt by annoying detail...
Comment:
These speakers are fine for the price and I've always had a high regard for Creative products and considered it worth paying a bit more for reliability and build quality. However, my disappointment with these speakers is not to do with their audio performance but, as a powered product designed to work with a computer, they have included a power adapter that is so wide it prevents adjoining sockets being used. With most PCs having monitors, external drives, printers and scanners hanging off them this becomes a serious and frustrating issue. I have a 6-way power extension and the Creative PSU takes up two sockets, even at the end slot. It would take-up three in the middle. How did their design team miss this??? So, 3 Stars for stupidity.

Finally decent speakers for PC and laptop
Comment:
After years of trying to get a decent pair of speakers, these arrived this week and they are excellent, even better on the home pc than the laptop. Recommended highly and compared to store price a great saving.

Great Little Speakers
Comment:
Having read all the other reviews I recently bought these speakers from Amazon for £25.99 which, with free delivery, was a brilliant bargain. I had looked at several with the idea, principally, to complement my new PC and better the poor ones integated with the display. They do the job fine and give a good sound for speakers of this ilk. They can get a bit distorted if you wind the volume right up, but you are not going to get cocert hall performance at this sort of price.
O.K. the connecting lead between the two is a bit short if you wan't them miles apart, but is perfectly adequate for siting on the desk with your computer or close by.
My only gripe is with the cumbersome, heavy plug/transformer for the power, but this is common with small speakers and can easily be overcome by making up a short extension lead such that it can sit on the floor or other rigid surface. It is too heavy to be safely just plugged into a wall socket anyway. Creative should have gone for the 'lump in a cord' approach, where the plug and transformer are seperate entities.
Overall, a good product that looks and feels just right. They ooze quality and serve the needs just right.

It is time to hear MUSIC.
Comment:
Since my first PC in the early 90's I never spent a lot of money in speakers, as I considered that the sound card is more important.
How wrong I was!
Then I decided to try something different and I ordered the Creative Inspire T10.
First impression of the product: very heavy speakers that indicate that inside each speaker must be a nice resonance box. It is something you do not see in standard speakers. Also have nice connectors for Headphones plus very handy volume and tone controls.
The design is very clean, smooth surfaces and not many corners so these speakers can be used with a PC as well with your TV or stereo without being too much intrusive.
I did not realise how good these are until I connected the speakers to an old analog Technics CD player and I could hear MUSIC for the first time in my own house.
The richness of sound is incredible, in particular if you listen some Classical Music or Soul and Blues music where the tones cover every part of the sound spectre.
I think that these speakers deserve the name of Hi-Fi speakers.
I own a nice stereo but the sound of this looks now rubbish in comparison with the new purchase.
Also something to keep in mind is that these speakers are quite powerful so you can use them to a big party connected to a PC/laptop for example in order to listen to MP3's or Internet Radio.
