I am very pleased with this product even though I have only had it for a few hours now. Main use of this will be as an output from my PC's optical output so that I can listen to my HD movies and TV shows in 2.1 and 5.1 sound along with my 1080p HDTV that is also hooked up to the PC via DVI output. I also have it set up with my PS3 via optical output to play games and watch blu-ray movies on with my HDTV.
First impressions are WOW - the sound coming from this is amazing, very clear indeed, althogh as others have mentioned the bass is a bit too much and needs to be turned down to get a better effect. I haven't messed with the settings on this too much and have just cycled through the presets to find one to suit my room and adjusted the bass (subwoofer) and selected either 2.1 or 5.1 channel sound.
I tested using an HD-rip of transformers from the PC connection, all I can say is that even with the bass turned down watch out for when the helicopters pass over you... even with the sound only at 28 I got shouted at to turn it down as the floor was vibrating a bit, LOL
On the PS3 I tested using battlefield bad company online and it was fantastic, especially when someone throws a grenade at you or an RPG.
I would recommend this to anyone, much better than having wires all over the place, and unless you have a room set aside especially for this kind of thing I don't think you'd notice much difference between a "proper" 5.1 surround system and the logic3 soundstage to be honest.

Very pleased!
Comment:
As various people on various pages have remarked - this does not deliver a true surround sound comparable to having speakers and leads all over the place - on the other hand, you don't have to have speakers and leads all over the place! As you'd expect, all the sound comes from in front of you.
What it does deliver is an excellent quality, easily configurable (to personal taste, room size, sofa position etc) 5.1 sound, and with the surround sound feature switched on, it certainly gives an impressive 3 dimensional depth of sound vastly superior to the TV on its own. At last, I can hear dialogue over explosions, orchestral soundtracks etc!
It looks good too! We have a 37" Phillips LCD TV in black and it all looks very complimentary.
Very easy to set up and Amazon offered best price and reliable delivery. It was dead easy to set up and after about 20 minutes of turning center, mid and rear speaker volumes up and down and experimenting with DSP settings I had a sound that I was happy with. I had to turn the twin subwoofers down quite low, I'm not sure why they're quite so powerful - possibly you could use them for some sort of sonic warfare, or demolishing unwanted walls!
I'm very pleased!

Excellent for the price but ..........
Comment:
I've given the Logic three stars for the reasons below stated but I'm sure that it's worthy of more. The sound quality and quantity is more than enough for my 20'x20' lounge and is adjustable to satisfy most tastes. Although the 'three d' effect is no match for a full 5.1 system the price at under £200 brings a satisfied smile when one sees and hears it doing its job without the room being cluttered with speakers and cables; it's a large unit but is really unobtrusive. The problems :-
The supplied aerial for the FM radio is useless and even an amplified indoor aerial gave unsatisfactory results. I guess that an outdoor aerial, at least where I live, is essential.
The biggest drawback for me is its interaction with my Topfield 5800 PVR as the remote control, when used, changes settings on the PVR and the Topfield remote affects the Logic ! To watch a recording from Toppy with the Logic providing the sound is challenging and annoying as to change settings on one you have to cover the romote control's receiver on the other. !
So overall, excellent when the Topfield is not in use and really aggravating when it is.
