Unfortunately, the microphone quality is so poor that it failed the software's own test of acceptable quality. The audio is not great either. Having the controls of volume, mute etc on the earpiece is a nice design feature, but good design alone is not enough. If you want good sound quality, choose a model higher up the range. Using it for video chat on a Mac. - USB plug & play works well: device is recognised immediately - has very useful controls built in to headset: volume up/down & mic mute - mic boom is rubber which is better than plastic, in my opinion. folds up to vertical position when not in use which is also useful - the audio quality is very clear in audio/video chats for myself & the other participants - lastly, the headset is light & comfortable, although the earphones could be a little bigger Highly recommended!
