I always start thinking of rubbish when I try to go to sleep but since Ive had this I get off to sleep before the end of the first tune. I use it under 2 feather pillows and since my mp3 player doesnt have a timer I use OHs cd player. When it gets to the end of a relaxation music cd I had free on a magazine it switches itself off anyway. I really love this and my OH says he cant hear it. Not just for insomniacs like me, you can listen to whatever you like without disturbing anyone else. Well worth the few quid it cost and the service is brilliant.
