Summary: Don`t think this is a bargain...You get what you pay for!
Comment: I was looking for a cheap yet good quality DVD player. Believe me, this ain`t it! The picture is
grainy and the edges are jagged. Just think playstation 1 image quality. Not good if you want to
enjoy your new copy of Constantine! Go for someting more expensive...maybe the DK Digital DVD367

Summary: pay peanuts, get monkeys.
Comment: Initially i was impressed to find that the starlogic dvd player, at £20, had all the features of
players in much higher price brackets. Then I discovered that it was an temperamental pile of crud
and it finally puffed it last just 8 weeks after I purchased it.
I am not alone. I have read
numerous appraisals of the machine and most are damning. My advice is that you save your pocket
money for another week or two and buy a player from a reputable brand.

Comment: I just got this dvd player yesterday after ordering it using super saver i had one of the last two
in stock and all i have to say is it is stylish, cheap, and it plays all regions and because i am
into anime (like dragonball z) most of the dvds are region 1 so this helps out a lot

Summary: StarLogic - Waste of Time
Comment: I was very disappointed with the StarLogic DVD Player. It simply would not open the tray to receive
a CD or DVD. The remote was working and the TV screen "OPEN" "CLOSE" were being displayed but
simply nothing was happening. I guess that the old adage that 'you get what you pay for' rings true
once again. I'm going for a refund and will never purchase cheap electronic items again!
Even
more irritating - it would appear that I have also have to pay the postage for the return of this
defective item in order to get my refund!

Comment: Just got this player and i have to say that, for the money its a great buy - my first DVD player and
it can play everything i want and need it to! Plus i'm not overly worried if it breaks cos it was so
cheap
