Comment: Bought this player a month ago to play DVDs on a spare TV in my son's playroom. Keeps him amused and
away from my expensive surround sound system. I'd recommend this to any parents looking to keep the
kids quiet as it's so cheap you don't mind it taking a few knocks. Works well and simple to use (my
21 month old has sussed it). The lack of any display on the machine is the only downside - hard to
tell if it's switched on.

Quiet kids and mess contained in one room - best £30 I ever spent!

Comment: I have to admit I was a little unsure about the quality given the price, but I thought what the hell
and ordered two. And am I glad I did, They arrived today and have set one of them up in my sons room
and it has played everything I have thrown at it.Easy to set up and the remote is nice and clear,
excellent picture on my sons portable the 2nd player will be on a 21 inch screen and I am sure it
will be as good.I have tried it with region 2, region 1, region 1 R.C.E, back up's, V.C.D and it
plyed the lot no problem. I have had players costing three times as much (and considered them cheap)
that would not play as much. Fast service, and FREE DELIVERY!!! you can't ask for more than that,
don't just sit there ORDER THE BLOODY THING!! you will not regret it.

Comment: Will play more or less anything you throw at it including mp3 on DVD-R. Only problem is that the
sound often goes out of sync - especially with NTSC discs. But still great value.

Summary: Worth every penny
Comment: I think that this dvd player is great value for money. It has all the functions of a more expensive
machine including international subtitles. My only reservation is that I find the sound levels too
low. However for a great value, basic dvd player I would definitely recommend this one.

Summary: Not very impressed
Comment: I bought one of these as an Xmas present but when it arrived the DVD drawer would not open. When the
replacement arrived and I tried it out, it was far too noisy when playing disks. It sometimes
needed to be switched off and on again to play certain disks. Not a patch on the Yakumo XL2 which I
bought for myself some time ago for less money!
