Editorial Reviews: Compact, high-performance and stylish, the Exilim Zoom EX-Z75 digital camera from Casio follows on from the EX-Z70. It has the same characteristics and is just as compact as its predecessor, but it also has some additional improvements such as a larger TFT screen and better response times. Equipped with a 7 million pixel CCD sensor and 3x optical zoom, this digital gem includes the tried-and-tested "Anti Shake DSP" technology, which reduces blur caused by movement of the subject or hand shake. You can now get clear and detailed snaps each and every time. The Exilim Zoom EX-Z75 needs just 2 ms to switch from set-up to shooting mode, enabling you to capture all the action in really sharp images! Particularly suitable for use by beginners with its "Easy" mode, the Exilim Zoom EX-Z75 also comes with a BESTSHOT mode, which includes 34 presets corresponding to most focusing conditions and allowing you to adjust the camera in a flash to best suit the situation. Furthermore, its 2.6" LCD screen offers perfect visibility, and the camera's multiple on-screen menus make it really easy to use. Stylishly presented in a brushed steel case, the Exilim Zoom EX-Z75 won't cease to amaze you!

    Summary: Great camera, dodgy battery
Comment: I bought this just over a year ago, and although the camera itself is fantastic, the battery is appalling. There appears to be a fault either in the charger or the battery itself (this is widely documented on the internet) so that after a few charges, it refuses to do anything. I contacted Casio and they were brilliant at getting me a replacement battery in a few days. However, after charging it, oh ONCE, the new battery is completely dead and refuses to charge. There's no power in it at all, so it is useless. I now have to contact Casio again and see if I can get another one!! But it will probably happen again... :/

    Summary: Fantastic!
Comment: I bought this camera around this time last year and absolutely loved it... until it broke! (Due to my own fault...) I would recommend this camera to others and would be happy to buy another, I was that happy with it. It can be used on the easy mode or the normal mode and setting things such as the flash is so easy, much easier than other cameras I have had. I think this camera appeals to a variety of audiences!

    Summary: 2 Cameras Both Broken
    Comment:
My husband bought this camera for my hen party a year ago and have to say it worked fine, although the zoom is grainy. I also bought the same camera for work. How utterly dissapointed and angry to discover that my work camera stopped working, for no reason after a years use however over the warranty period. I thought I would try the battery of my personal camera in this to check if it was a faulty battery. To my horror this too had stopped working, again just out of warranty. Both batteries were fully charged. We ordered replacement batteries from ebay but sadly both cameras are still not working. Like other reviewers, why is this camera still being sold.

Comment: i purchased this last year and seemed quite pleased with the camera, but after several charges to the battery,i found that the lithium battery was not lasting that long.i gave it the benefit of doubt and that the battery would get better with time!,no such luck,it eventually gave up with flashing red light when put on charge.i was pleased with the service i received from amazon on this issue.please check reviews prior to buying if possible.

Summary: Battery is faculty but replacement issued quickly
Comment: If your camera won't turn on and you get a red flashing light when you put the battery on the charger then you've probably got a faulty battery too. However, unlike some of the people who have reviewed this camera and had the same problem I found Casio to be very helpful and I received a replacement battery within a week of my complaint. So if you experience this problem don't be put of by the negative reviewers!
