Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Nicely designed, but sound quality could be better Comment: We bought this for the kitchen. DAB reception is good, and the CD player is fine. The whole unit has a feel of quality about it, is well engineered, easy to use and nice to look at. It's a shame it's let down by the quality of the sound, which lacks bass and is quite quiet. And the speakers can resonate annoyingly with certain frequencies if the volume is turned up to anything more than moderate.
