Summary: moderate quailty
Comment: this is an item which fulfill your expectation to the some extent,so you get what you have paid
for.Nothing more.1 star deduction is due to fact that the main cable is very delicate and thin.

Summary: These earphones are great.
Comment: If you want earphones for your iPod or MP3 player these are great. They reduce outside noise well,
they are comfortable and the sound is great.

If I had to say any possible bad things
then I would say that sometimes when you take them out of your jeans the rubber ends rubs against
the pocket and come off, but this rarely happens and I have not lost the rubber ends before.

Summary: CX300's in disguise?
Comment: I've been using Sennheiser CX300 headphones for a while now. These Creative EP-630's look
identical. Are they CX300's in disguise? I decided to find out and bought a pair. They cost £6
inc delivery from Amazon.

On the face of it they are similar. The buds are the same,
so is the cable material. Apart from the logo the differences are; a straight jack instead of the L
shape on the Sennis and the cable is Y style instead of assymetric.

The proof of the
pudding is the sound. Are they any good? Excellent. Are they CX300s? No. But there is not much
in it.

The sound quality of the EPs is very good. Very good bass, mid range and an
emphasis on the top end. Sound is clear, neutral and very bright. Too bright actually, but this
might soften as they run in. The CX300s on the other hand have a much deeper, stronger bass with
slightly less top end. Consequently they are warmer in tone. The difference can be described as
changing from a pop to rock EQ or turning on a bass enhancer.

For the money, the EPs
are exceptional value and worth three times the price I paid. They are perfect for someone who
listens to a variety of musical styles on their player, who wants decent bass without it being
overwhelming or simply wants a decent pair of phones at a reasonable price. However, if you want
punchy 'bass driven sound' with emphasis on the lower end then the CX300 at an extra tenner or so is
still a worthwhile investment. Personally, I am happy with the EPs but I feel the CX300s are more
suited to rock music. They provide that extra oomph.

If you decide to buy these I
doubt you will be disappointed, for £6 they are an absolute bargain.

Just one
criticism. The EPs suffer from russle much more that the CX. Probably because the cable dangles
down your chest. Also, the EPs are a bit harsh new. They benefit from being run in first. To do
so, charge your player to max, select Repeat All, plug in the phones and press play. Leave them to
play until the battery drains. This should soften the sound and save your ears from tingling.
Otherwise it will take a few weeks before you get the best out of them.

I hope my
review helps with your choice.
